Whitchurch High School Hosts First-Ever Year 7 Christmas Disco!
Whitchurch High School made history this week by hosting its first-ever Year 7 Christmas Disco, and what a night it was! Over 290 students filled the Dutch Barn with festive cheer, laughter, and plenty of dance moves, creating an unforgettable evening for all involved.
The event was a huge success, with students arriving dressed to impress and ready to celebrate the season in style. From chart-topping hits to classic Christmas tunes, the dance floor was alive with energy and excitement throughout the night.
Mr. Horgan, Year 7 Progress Leader and the driving force behind the event, commented: “It was fantastic to see so many of our Year 7 students come together and enjoy themselves. The atmosphere was incredible, and it really showcased the sense of community we have here at Whitchurch High. A big thank you to all the staff and student volunteers who helped make this possible, and of course to our amazing Year 7s for bringing the Christmas spirit!”
The disco marks the beginning of what promises to be a new tradition at Whitchurch High School, celebrating milestones and creating memories for our students. With such a successful start, we’re already looking forward to many more events that bring our school community together.
