Whitchurch High School demands that our students look well beyond our gates for experience. We live in an ever-shrinking world where decisions and actions taking place in one part of the world can quickly reverberate and affect others elsewhere. In recent years we have widened our circle beyond our European connections and linked with Macassar High School in Cape Town, South Africa and the wider community there, including the Restoring the Sound project.

Additionally, with a 2-3 year break from our residential trips abroad, we will be furthering these international links later in the academic year with Iceland and Andorra, and next year the return of the South Africa Sports Tour, New York City and many more. From across the globe we have welcomed a student from New Zealand to suty and play rugby with our senior XV rugby team. We hope that we will be able to welcome many more students from international destinations soon and also offer our students the opportunity for exchange visits to broaden their horizons.
